1) Different shipment methods are used depending on the order value, quantity and the destination. We reserve all the rights as far as the shipping methods are concerned and we can change the method without any prior information to the buyer or anyone.

In general, the orders are shipped through Indian postal service by REGISTERED PARCEL METHOD or SPEED POST PARCEL METHOD, whichever suits the order.

4) FREE SHIPPING: Shipping will be free of cost to you if the value of a single order is over and above Rs.1500. You can’t club two orders to avail free shipping option.
5) All orders will be processed and shipped generally within 48 hours from the time the order received. There may be exceptional conditions or situations that may cause some delays in which case we do not owe any explanation whatsoever.
6) Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and all public holidays.
7) All correspondence with regard to the shipments must be addressed to [email protected] and the order number as well as the order date must be mentioned to address your grievance. If you fail to do so, we are not responsible for not addressing it.
8) All promotional offers are fulfilled by shipping methods that are mentioned above or other than them and change of method must not be questioned by you. But we assure you that we will take all necessary steps in terms of packing so as the books reach you in good condition and on time.
